Job Description
At Huntington, we are eager to continue to build our exam prep and high school subject tutoring team! Huntington Learning Center South Tampa is now hiring qualified and caring AP English, High School English, Middle School Language Arts teachers, graduate students, and English professionals to work directly with students on subject areas related to
ACT/ SAT
reading, writing, and grammar. We'll allow you to do what you love to do - TEACH!

Requirements:
Completed Bachelor's degree Must live in the Tampa Bay area. This position is not remote. Must have experience teaching SAT/ACT and high school level English Certification/license preferred Must be a dedicated and qualified professional committed to the success of students! Please note for this position candidates will take an assessment and need to show mastery of reading, writing, and grammar skills before starting the position. Must be available for at least one weekend day
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized tutoring sessions to high school students Create a positive learning environment Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities Utilize physical and online curriculum
Flexible Schedule:
You are able to create your schedule based on tutoring hours: Monday through Thursday 2:00-8:30 pm Saturdays 9:00-4:00 pm Sundays 11:00-4:00 pm Must be available for at least one weekend day
