About Us One on One Learning is a trusted provider of K-12 academic intervention , operating in 45+ school districts across 15 states. With over 3 million hours of tutoring delivered, our personalized, data-driven instruction supports measurable student growth. Position Overview We're hiring Instructional Support Specialists to work on school sites, providing individualized learning in Reading and Math . This role uses research-based strategies to help students meet grade-level benchmarks and accelerate learning. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher required. Proficiency in tutoring Reading and Math across various grade levels ( 3rd-5th ) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Passion for closing achievement gaps and student success. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday about 5 hours per day $25/hour Why Join Us?
