Familiarity with classroom management techniques and trauma-informed practices is advantageous. Experience in secondary education or standardized testing environments is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, structured testing environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse groups of students and staff.
