A bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related subject area. A valid Illinois Certificate Type 09, preferred. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.JOB GOAL
To motivate and assist each pupil to develop competence in basic mathematical skills and an understanding of the structure of mathematics, while learning to apply mathematical skills to solve practical problems.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Tutors secondary pupils in mathematics, utilizing the course of study adopted by the Board of Education and appropriate curriculum publications as guidelines in addressing individual course content.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Work Year:
4 hours per day for 140 days or less during the 2026-27 school year. The exact number of days will depend on the start date of the chosen candidate 2.Fringe Benefits:
