We are currently hiring creative, enthusiastic art teachers for schools in: Morton Grove Niles Des Plaines Skokie Park Ridge Jefferson Park Norwood Park Edison Park Do you enjoy art and working with children? Are you looking for a flexible part-time opportunity that works around your schedule? Join our team of after-school art instructors and teach kids the basics of drawing, creativity, and artistic expression. This role is ideal for someone looking for weekday afternoon hours with no weekend or holiday commitments. Position Details:
Teach 2-3 classes per week Each class is approximately one hour Classes are scheduled in advance for the school year and takes place immediately after school dismissal Training, curriculum, ongoing guidance, and all art supplies are provided.
Qualifications:
A passion for creativity and helping children learn is essential Comfortable guiding students through basic drawing concepts Classroom, teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth program experience is a plus If you enjoy making a positive impact through art and have weekday afternoon availability, we would love to hear from you!
Pay:
$29.00 - $30.00 per hour
