Job Description
We are seeking the "just right" educator to join our small team of heart lead educators in a part time tutoring position. This position includes training in July and independently starting with students in August. Our warm, supportive environment offers a teaching home for educators to utilize skill and heart in meaningful ways supporting and advancing struggling students' academic journey. - Availability for, at minimum, two afternoons/evenings a week (8-10 hours) throughout the academic year

- Degree in elementary education, special education or closely related field
- Understanding and compassion for various learning profiles
- Committed, heart lead, high quality educator
- Willingness to work in 1:1 in person teaching setting as well as transition to ZOOM sessions as necessary (trained)
- Desire to be trained in specialized learning methodologies
