Are you a teacher, retired teacher, education major, or have experience working with students looking to make a difference in the lives of children? Join our growing team and work one on one with struggling students. We work 1:1 with students using the Orton Gillingham Method of teaching reading which involves fun, fast paced lessons that are specifically designed for each student by our lead teacher. Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable, and cooperative with a sense of humor Desire to learn new skills and strategies of teaching Ability to take supervision and correction constructively Ability to positively supervise students Responsibilities Provide individualized tutoring sessions to enhance student understanding and performance in various subjects. Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Foster a positive learning environment
