With a robust team of 50 passionate educators and staff, we are committed to shaping the future of our youth by providing them with the academic tools they need to succeed. Our tutoring program is designed for students in the K-8th grade, focusing on enhancing their academic performance, particularly in reading, math, and test-taking strategies.
Supervision:
The tutor will report directly to a designated supervisor who will provide guidance, feedback, and support. This supervisor will also be responsible for assessing the tutor's performance and ensuring that the needs of the students are met.
Training:
As part of our commitment to excellence, the tutor will participate in training and development sessions. These sessions are designed to improve tutoring practices and introduce new, effective tutoring techniques. This ensures that our tutors are always equipped with the best methods to help our students.
Mentorship:
Beyond formal training, the tutor will have the opportunity to be mentored by experienced members of our team. This mentorship will provide a platform for the tutor to ask questions, seek advice, and learn from seasoned educators who have a wealth of experience in the field. Learning Goals for the

Adaptability:
Cultivate the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs, ensuring that every student, regardless of their background or challenges, benefits from the tutoring sessions. We believe that this internship program is not just about teaching students but also about developing the next generation of educators. Responsibilities Curriculum Development Assistance:
The intern will assist in reviewing and suggesting improvements to our current tutoring materials. This will provide them with a deeper understanding of curriculum design and its alignment with student needs.
Peer Observation:
Before diving into direct instruction, the intern will observe sessions conducted by experienced tutors. This will allow them to understand best practices and techniques in real-time scenarios.
Feedback Collection:
The intern will be responsible for collecting feedback from students after tutoring sessions. This will help in understanding the students' perspective and will be invaluable for continuous improvement.
Resource Management:
The intern will assist in organizing and maintaining our tutoring resources, ensuring that materials are up-to-date and readily available for sessions.
