QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or
G.E.D. REPORTS TO
Principal
JOB GOAL
Provides intensive academic and personal development
assistance to assigned students.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Maximum of 16 hours per week. Salary determined by
number of college hours earned.
EVALUATION
Performance will be evaluated in accordance with
provisions of the district evaluation plan.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists students in developing study skills.
Works as a liaison between the student and teacher.
Maintains tutorial records for individual students.
Works to establish and maintain a positive rapport with students.
Assists students with improving academic self-confidence.
Assists in preparing the program evaluation.
Serves as a positive role model for students.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
