Academic Coaches (Part-Time) Mon Amie's Academic Advantage™ is seeking college students, aspiring educators, and school paraprofessionals who believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed. This is more than a tutoring job. As an Academic Coach , you'll help students strengthen foundational reading and math skills while building confidence, resilience, and a love for learning. Who We're Looking For We're especially interested in: College students pursuing degrees in: Education Psychology Speech-Language Pathology Child Development English Mathematics Social Work Counseling Related fields School Paraprofessionals Retired Educators Individuals passionate about helping children grow No teaching certificate is required. Position Details Part-Time Monday

  • 7:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM

PM Friday & Sunday Off Starting Pay:
$18/hour Paid semimonthly. Responsibilities ✔ Deliver small-group literacy and/or math intervention (2-4 students) ✔ Build positive relationships with students ✔ Follow structured lesson plans ✔ Record attendance and session notes ✔ Celebrate student growth ✔ Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment Qualifications Applicants should: Be enrolled in college or Be employed as a school paraprofessional or Hold an associate's or bachelor's degree Strong communication skills and reliability are essential.
