Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Coding and Robotics Tutor to teach engaging in-person sessions for children aged 5-14. No prior coding or robotics experience is necessary—we will provide training for the right candidate! This is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week, ideal for individuals passionate about working with kids and advancing their own skills in STEM. This role is a one-of-a-kind opportunity in the city of New Orleans to not only inspire the next generation but also gain valuable experience in the fast-growing fields of coding and robotics.

Key Responsibilities Engage and Teach :

Lead fun and interactive coding and robotics sessions for children using provided lesson plans and materials.

The final schedule will be TBD, but this is a general time frame. The main camp will be located at Jefferson Playground, however there will be some days when travel will be required. Are you open to travelling to various locations in Jefferson Parish, including the West Bank, to teach? Responding no to this will not be a dealbreaker; however, positive responses will receive extra consideration. Are you proficient in coding, and if so, what programming languages are you familiar with? Some experience/interest in coding is necessary for this position.
