English Instructor / Tutor - September Start Tangi Learning Center Belmont, MA Job Details Part-time | Contract $50 - $60 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications School experience English Experience working with high schoolers Master's degree Teaching English language arts Full Job Description Tangi Learning Center is located in Belmont. We are currently seeking an English Instructor. Primary duty is teaching English at high school level and SAT English prep. Individual must have superb teaching skills and the highest ethical values. Classes are scheduled 4-9pm Mondays through Thursdays and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. This is an on-site position and with a September 12th start date. Open until filled. Candidate must have Saturday morning availbility.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of Masters Degree
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at high school or college level
- Minimum 2 years of teaching SAT or ACT content and test-taking skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and one-on-one communication
- Availability to work at least one weekday evening and Saturdays.
- Eligible to work in US.
