Sep 1, 2026 Job Description Foxborough High School is seeking a Writing and Research Tutor to support students in grades 9-12 in developing the academic skills necessary for success across all content areas. This position would be ideal for an educator at the beginning of their career, a graduate student pursuing a degree in education, English, history, or a related field, or an educator returning to the workforce after a period of absence. The Writing and Research Tutor will provide targeted Tier II and drop-in support for students who require assistance with the writing process, research skills, organization, and academic literacy. The tutor will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, intervention teams, and support staff to help students strengthen their ability to plan, draft, revise, and complete written assignments across disciplines. This role may not exceed 19 hours per week during the school year. Salary range will be between $25 and $30 per hour, depending upon experience.
