Associate's Degree Organizational Relationship or Line of Authority:

Directly responsible to the Bridge Coordintor and Director of Title 1.

Statement of Duties:

Responsible for instructional and general duties as indicated by the Bridge Program Coordinator. Works with students in a small group setting as needed. privides support to student's individual needs. Maintains a record of assinments completed by students.

Qualifications:

Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education required . Knowledge of middle school philosophy, organization, and curriculum. Understanding of the middle school student and his/her early adolescent needs. Knowledge of recommended middle school instructional practices. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable. Enjoys working with middle school students.
