In this role, you will inspire students by delivering engaging lessons in mathematics and physical sciences, including chemistry, physics, and related fields. Your expertise will help students build confidence, master complex concepts, and achieve their academic goals through personalized instruction and innovative teaching methods. M ust be able to work with students of various skill levels and be able explain problems and concepts in different ways to facilitate student's understanding. Incorporating 'real-life,' student experiences is a BONUS! Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions in math and physical sciences, including algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, statistics, chemistry (organic and inorganic),, physics (mechanics, electromagnetism), and related subjects. Develop customized lesson plans that align with students' individual learning styles and academic objectives. Utilize various learning technologies and online instruction tools to create interactive and accessible lessons for remote learners. Assess students' understanding through regular evaluations and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to ensure continuous progress. Manage classroom dynamics effectively during both in-person and virtual sessions while maintaining a positive learning environment.(for Small Groups, primarily) Collaborate with students to set achievable goals, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to foster motivation and confidence. Skills Proven experience in curriculum development tailored to diverse student needs across various science and math disciplines. Strong knowledge of core concepts such as algebra, geometry, calculus, differential equations, statistics, organic chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, genetics, anatomy, physiology, electrical engineering principles, mechanical engineering fundamentals, data structures in computer science, machine learning basics, chemical engineering topics, early childhood education practices, special education strategies, classroom management techniques for teenagers and children. Proficiency with learning technology platforms and online instruction tools to enhance remote teaching effectiveness. Excellent tutoring skills with the ability to explain complex scientific theories clearly and engagingly. Experience working with students of different age groups including teenagers and young adults; familiarity with classroom management is a plus. Ability to adapt lessons for students with special educational needs or those requiring additional support.
