Qualifications Minimum of two years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience in mathematics for middle and high school students. Strong knowledge of math topics including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, discrete math, statistics and related STEM fields such as Mathematics, engineering or computer science. Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for diverse learners. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with teenagers. Familiarity with special education strategies and working with students requiring additional support is a plus. Ability to manage group dynamics confidently while maintaining a motivating atmosphere.
