  • Noyes Elementary School Reports to: Principal and Director of Student Services
Position Summary:
The role of the ABA Tutor is to implement an intensive skills based program that is grounded in the principles of applied behavior analysis. This work is performed under the direct supervision of a Master's Level Head Teacher.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Aid in planning and implementing academic and behavioral programming for assigned students in collaboration with other members of the team;
  • Record, enter and summarize data;
  • Assist in data collection and the writing of progress reports in collaboration with the Lead Teacher;
  • Meet regularly with team members;
  • Embed into teaching and learning the student's skills learned in related services (OT, PT, Speech and Language, etc.) per the recommendations of the service providers;
  • Accommodate and modify general education curriculum and instructions to meet student's needs and skill level to insure successful inclusion experiences;
  • Actively participate in ongoing professional development;
  • Collaborate with other team members;
