Job Overview:

GPS Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Tutor/Paraprofessional to join our team. In this part-time role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and administrators to support the academic and behavioral needs of our students. Your efforts will be crucial in helping students achieve their full potential through targeted instruction and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic support to students in small group and one-on-one settings. Assist in the implementation of MTSS strategies to support students' learning needs. Collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver individualized learning plans. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators and administrators. Support classroom management and assist in maintaining a positive learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Education Requirement (one of the following): A minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited university or college, or College Board's SAT

•Must score at least 480 on evidence-based reading and writing, and 530 on math, or ETS Parapro Assessment

•A passing score of 460 is required

Preferred:

Bachelor's of Science or Arts in Education Valid Michigan teaching certificate and applicable endorsement(s) as required by the Michigan Department of Education If you are passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of students, we encourage you to apply! 7:30am-12:00pm Monday

•Thursday or Monday

•Friday This person cannot exceed 22.5 hours a week.
