Job Description
Student Worker -
Tutor, Western Elementary Summary:
We are seeking dependable, Work Study-eligible students to tutor Warner Elementary school children during school hours (9:00 AM-3:30 PM, with shorter days on Wednesdays). Tutors will work one-on-one or in small groups under the guidance of classroom teachers, helping students with schoolwork and skill development. Must be available for at least one 2-hour block weekly, up to 7 hours/week. Positions are expected to start in mid-September.Requirements:
Federal Work Study eligibility ($600/semester minimum). This will be verified by Student Employment. Availability during elementary school hours; no tutoring during school breaks Reliability and professionalism in maintaining scheduled work times Must enjoy working with children and be able to convey concepts with patience and love while helping students catch up/tutor them in their schoolwork in a classroom setting.Similar remote jobs
