Job Description

Part-Time After-School Childcare & Homework Assistant We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic individual to supervise a group of children after school at a central location. This is a part-time position of approximately 15 hours per week . The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and can provide a safe, structured, and engaging environment while helping children stay on track with their schoolwork.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a group of children during after-school hours. Assist children with completing homework and school assignments. Organize and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, learning activities, and other enrichment activities. Provide snacks and meals as needed. Encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and good social skills. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment. Keep children engaged and appropriately supervised throughout the afternoon.
Ideal Candidate:
CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to become certified. Current or former teacher, teacher's assistant, or school administrator is highly preferred. Individuals currently studying early childhood education, child development, education, or childcare are encouraged to apply. Previous experience working with children is preferred. Patient, responsible, dependable, and energetic. Comfortable supervising and engaging multiple children at once.

From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
