To Be Determined Job Description Job Description Definition The employee collaborates with teachers to effectively implement instructional strategies and classroom management and assessment techniques to ensure student achievement. Collaborates at the school level with the principal and assistant principal(s) to improve student achievement. Additional Details - Part-time Hourly position, hours to be determined by the school administration. Position contingent upon funds available. Duties and responsibilities Support and work with principals, teachers, and school improvement teams to gain knowledge of needs and strengths of school. Assist students grades 6-8 in development of reading, math and science skills. Engage in academic activities with select students in one-on-one or small group.- Utilize assessment information before, during, and after instruction to guide instructional design. Assist in analyzing data relative to the impact on activities and student achievement.
- Maintain confidentiality of data and information. Support and participate in Professional Learning Communities, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the principal.
- Experience with closing the achievement gap and raising test scores.
