15.00 Work Location Main Campus Job Description Summary College Lift tutors will provide targeted instructional support both in the context of after-school tutoring and in fulfillment of personalized academic success plans. Tutors will also function to facilitate logistics at their prescribed instructional sites.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

High school diploma Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable providing academic and socio-emotional support to diverse middle school and high school learners. Organized and reliable with the ability to follow directions and program guidelines. Culturally responsive and committed to educational equity. Availability to work Monday through Thursday during and/or after school.

Preferred Qualifications Preferred:

Bachelors/associates degree or current enrollment/college coursework in education, math, science, science or a related field. Background supporting first-generation, low-income, or English learner students.
