Understand student learning gaps based on information given to you and teach district-provided curriculum that is tailored to each student's need. Also assist with homework, projects, and other academic tasks. Foster strong and positive relationships with students through significant, consistent, and regular amounts of time. Evaluate and report student progress. Work in collaboration with classroom teachers and school administration, under the direct supervision of the Kelly® Education Tutoring Solutions Team. Provide in-person ELA tutoring sessions for grade levels K-8 Work in small groups throughout the school day (in-class and pull out) Must be available Monday - Friday, approximately 8:00am - 3pm (schedules vary slightly by school) Tutors will receive direct guidance from the teachers of record in the classes.
