About the

Role:

Sylvan Learning Center in Marlton, NJ is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to inspire K-5 students in a supportive, personalized learning environment. If you're passionate about helping young learners build confidence and literacy skills, this is the opportunity for you! Our center is open the following days & times: Monday -

Thursday:

4pm-8pm

Saturday:

9am-1:00pm.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, personalized English instruction to students in grades K-5 Track student progress and communicate updates to parents and center staff Implement Sylvan's proven curriculum and instructional materials effectively Create a positive, encouraging classroom environment that motivates young learners Collaborate with center directors and fellow educators to support student success

Requirements:

Teaching Certification Minimum 2 years experience teaching or tutoring elementary-age students (K-5) Strong knowledge of phonics, reading comprehension, and early writing skills NJ teaching certification is a plus but not required Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to working with children Strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff Reliable, punctual, and committed to student achievement Why work for us: There are no lesson plans to make and no papers to grade Fully prepared lesson plans and materials are provided Flexible schedules No PTA meetings Fun & friendly staff
