The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of radiography concepts, ARRT exam content, and effective test-preparation strategies. The tutor will work one-on-one with the student to strengthen understanding of key radiologic technology topics, improve confidence, and develop successful exam-taking skills. Responsibilities Provide individualized tutoring sessions focused on ARRT Radiography exam preparation Review core topics including: Patient care Radiation protection and safety Image production Radiographic procedures Assist with practice questions, mock exams, and study planning Explain difficult radiology concepts in a clear and supportive manner Track student progress and adjust lessons based on strengths and weaknesses Help improve test-taking strategies and time management skills Qualifications Background in Radiologic Technology, Radiography, or related healthcare field ARRT certification preferred Prior tutoring or teaching experience strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to simplify complex medical and imaging concepts Reliable, organized, and encouraging personality Compensation $35/hour Flexible scheduling based on student availability Preferred Candidate Experience helping students prepare for ARRT or similar healthcare certification exams Familiarity with current ARRT exam structure and study resources
