Job Description

The Office Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Academic and Tutoring Support Services. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage scheduling, support data tracking and reporting, and contribute to the efficient daily operations of the Tutoring Center.

Part-Time 12 months Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and resolving conflicts. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up communication. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Generate and run reports from institutional systems (e.g., tutoring management software, reporting tools) as well as maintain and update data in those systems. Ensure accuracy and consistency of records and documentation. Support coordination of day-to-day operations of the Tutoring Center, including assisting with scheduling, logistics, and coordination. Help streamline processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Assist with preparing materials, communications, and documentation for programs and initiatives. Related projects and duties as assigned. Associate's Degree or 60 college credits. Three years of prior experience working in a student services or academic office environment that required the delivery of information orally to students and/or the general public. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a database system requiring the ability to create standard reports, professional documents and communications. Bachelor's Degree. One year of prior experience working in a student support services department.
