Our instructors work with students on a one-on-one or small group basis, helping them to improve their understanding of the subject matter, complete assignments, and prepare for exams. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and bubbly with the ability to engage and guide our little ones through their tutoring session.

Coach and guide students to meet their academic goals Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to provide personalized instruction and guidance in various subjects Provide homework help, exam preparation, and study strategies to help students achieve academic success Track and monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and adapting instruction to meet student needs Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including student progress and feedback Motivating students who need that extra oomph Attend team meetings and other Tutoring Club eventsSkills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, subject-specific field, or currently enrolled in a degree program leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. (Required) Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and creativity to engage students in a way they can understand. Ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of individual students. Previous experience tutoring students is preferred. (Preferred)Working Hours:
Instructors typically work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate the schedules of high school students. The number of hours worked may vary depending on student demand and availability. Joining theTeam:
