EDUCATION MANAGER

($30+/hr Depends on Experience + bonus)

Employment Type:

Part-time salaried or hourly, may include weekends

Responsibilities:

Manage curriculum utilized by all tutors for our students Manage schedule and Mentorship of all tutors Recruit new students Recruit and onboard new tutors Oversee parent communication between tutors Serve as tutor as needed Manage Invoicing and Payments, Record Keeping Adapt to students with different learning styles

Candidate Must Possess:

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred Experience:

At least 2 years teaching/tutoring experience Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Excellent people and leadership skills _________________________________________________

TUTOR - MATH OR READING

($20+/hr Depends on Experience)

Employment Type:

Responsibilities:

Work in small groups with a handful of elementary-aged children on specific area of focus Create a welcoming, motivating, and productive learning environment Build confidence, problem-solving skills, and independence in students Track and communicate student progress with internal team and parents of child Support center operations and colleagues Work closely with other instructors and leadership team Adapt to students with different learning styles Evaluate and record the progress of each student on their assignments Use praise and positive reinforcement to ensure students are engaged and inspired to learn

Candidate Must Possess:

Minimum Education:

High School Level Education or higher Reliable commitment to attendance and education excellence

Preferred Experience:

Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality Experience working with children Previous tutoring experience a plus Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
