English Full Job Description Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Math, or a related field recommended At least 1 year of experience teaching English at the middle school level is required Strong passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for English language and literature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of students. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons for middle school students in an after-school setting. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Provide individualized support to students who may require additional assistance. Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments. Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievements.
