Who We're Looking For:

Certified teachers. Current or retired educators. Graduate students (SAT/ACT training provided). College seniors with strong academics. Engineers and STEM professionals. Reading, writing, math, science, dyslexia, and special education teachers. Individuals passionate about helping students succeed. Teaching experience is preferred but not required. Training and support are provided. What We Offer.

Competitive Pay:

Starting at $18 - $25 per hour, with opportunities for advancement. Flexible Scheduling.

School Year:

Monday-Thursday:

4:00-8:00 PM.

Saturday:

9:00 AM-1:00 PM.

Summer:

Additional Monday and Thursday morning hours (9:00 AM-1:00 PM). Most instructors work 10-16 hours per week.

Training & Support:

We provide curriculum, materials, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.

Location:

In-person at our Pittsford/Rochester center. Limited off-site or remote opportunities may be available for exceptional candidates.
