Job Description My Learning Labs is currently welcoming applications for Classroom Tutos to join our growing education team in Gahanna, Ohio . We're looking for individuals who are passionate about helping students succeed and enjoy working in a structured, small-group learning environment. Whether you're an experienced tutor, a university student, or a recent graduate, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical teaching experience while making a positive impact. What You'll Be Doing Deliver engaging academic support to small groups of students Help students strengthen their understanding of classroom subjects Encourage active participation and build student confidence Follow lesson plans and teaching resources provided by the academy Maintain attendance records and session documentation Work closely with the Centre Manager and fellow tutors to ensure high-quality learning sessions Who We're Looking For Successful applicants will ideally: Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Enjoy working with children and young learners Be dependable, organised, and punctual Be able to explain concepts clearly and patiently Have previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or childcare experience (preferred but not essential) University students and graduates are encouraged to apply.
