Position Introduction:
Tutor for 1st year Occupational and Physical Therapy Students Work up to 10 hours a week, tutoring students in program-related coursework. Focus on helping students integrate the course and lab content such that they can understand the material and apply their knowledge during each particular course and future courses. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
Required Education and Experience:
Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
Required GED or High School Diploma Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook) Ability to communicate verbally and in writing Ability to build rapport with guests, students, faculty and staff Excellent customer service skills Ability to handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
