This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with youth, supporting academic and enrichment activities, and contributing to a positive, engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of enrichment activities for K-8 students in small-group and 1:1 settings Assist with academic reinforcement, hands-on projects, and structured enrichment sessions Build rapport with students and foster a safe, encouraging, and collaborative environment Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Utilize online platforms such as Zoom or Google Classroom when needed (experience preferred but not required) Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and youth engagement skills Schedule Monday - Friday, flexible hours between 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in K-12 Education, Middle Grades Education, or Secondary Education are encouraged to apply Experience working with youth in academic, recreational, or enrichment settings is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting student growth Clearances Required FBI Background Check Child Abuse Clearance Criminal Background Check Why Join ASK For Tutoring?
