New York State Physical Science:

Chemistry Regents Examination . We are looking for someone who understands the NYS Chemistry curriculum and can help students build both their content knowledge and confidence in chemistry. Position Responsibilities Provide individualized Chemistry tutoring to high school students Help students understand and apply concepts covered in the

NYS Physical Science:

Chemistry Regents curriculum Prepare students for the Chemistry Regents Examination Identify areas of difficulty and tailor instruction to each student's needs Reinforce problem-solving, laboratory concepts, and Regents-style questions Create a positive, encouraging learning environment Communicate professionally with students, parents, and Capital Region Tutors staff Qualifications Strong background in high school Chemistry Familiarity with the

New York State Physical Science:

Chemistry Regents course and exam Previous experience teaching or tutoring Chemistry preferred Experience working with high school students Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed Preference will be given to candidates who live in the Capital District/Capital Region of New York , particularly those who are available for in-person tutoring.
