In this role, you will deliver engaging, personalized instruction that enhances students' language skills, literacy, and confidence. Whether working with children, young learners, or adults, you will utilize innovative teaching methods and learning technologies to create a dynamic learning environment. Duties Design and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs, goals, and learning style Utilize Tutorbird platform to manage students and communicate with parents and learning technology to enhance virtual and in-person lessons Develop curriculum materials that support literacy education, language acquisition, and overall communication skills Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students with disabilities or special education needs Manage classroom dynamics effectively to maintain a positive and productive learning environment Assess student progress regularly through assessments, writing exercises, and interactive activities Requirements Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English, foreign languages, or literacy education across diverse age groups Strong knowledge of instructional adaptability techniques for different learning styles and special needs Experience working with students with disabilities or in special education settings is highly desirable Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning technology tools, and digital classroom management systems Excellent writing skills and the ability to develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Demonstrated classroom management skills and the ability to work effectively with children and young learners Background in early childhood education or preschool experience is advantageous Childcare experience and familiarity with working with children of various developmental stages are preferred Join us as an English Tutor and make a meaningful impact by fostering language skills that open doors to new opportunities!
