This position is focused on helping him stay organized, understand assignments, remain engaged, and successfully complete his coursework. We are looking for someone who is patient, encouraging, and able to adapt their teaching style to meet individual learning needs. Preferred experience includes working with students with ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, or other learning differences.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one academic support during online coursework Help keep assignments organized and completed on time Explain concepts in a way that's easy to understand Encourage accountability and build confidence Communicate progress with parent as needed
Qualifications:
Teaching, tutoring, or education experience preferred Special education experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Patient, positive, and dependable
Schedule:
Approximately 5-15 hours per week Flexible schedule This is an in-person position.
Pay:
$22-27 per hour , based on experience If you're passionate about helping students succeed and enjoy building meaningful relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
