Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction that prepares students to successfully pass the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) exam. This role requires a strong foundation in payroll principles, compliance, and operations, as well as the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, real-world applications. The instructor will guide learners through core payroll topics, facilitate hands-on exercises, and deliver targeted exam preparation strategies that build participant confidence and competency. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create syllabus
Instruct students
Assess & grade Students regarding course competencies
Submit grades to Division
Administer evaluations Job Requirements:
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation required.
Proven experience in payroll processing, compliance, or related field required
Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience (in-person or virtual) preferred.
Successful experience interacting with culturally diverse populations.
Candidates will be required to pass a CORI/SORI and/or a National background check as a condition of employment. Additional Information:
