Schedule:

Flexible teaching opportunities Monday-Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Session length:

Typically 30-40 minutes per small-group lesson (up to four students).

Compensation:

Up to $24/hour. Key responsibilities Deliver structured, engaging small-group reading lessons via Zoom for up to four elementary students, following provided step-by-step curriculum and lesson plans. Maintain instructional fidelity to structured literacy and Science of Reading approaches. Monitor, document, and report student progress using established assessment tools and provide timely, actionable feedback. Create and sustain a positive, orderly virtual learning environment that supports student engagement and growth. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher. Authorization to work in the United States. Proficiency with Zoom and common digital teaching tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with elementary-aged students. Preferred qualifications (not required) Bilingual in Spanish and English.
