Planting Seeds Academic Solutions is looking for a dedicated Reading & Math Tutor to join our LYFE Skills Program at LYFE Campus in Allen, TX . We are seeking candidates who enjoy working with K-8 students and can provide engaging, supportive, and individualized academic instruction in an in-person classroom setting. Responsibilities:

Provide individualized tutoring support in Reading and Math . Help students strengthen academic skills and build confidence. Create a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment. Adapt instruction to students' individual learning needs and abilities. Monitor student progress and provide academic support as needed. Encourage participation and maintain positive relationships with students. Communicate professionally with supervisors and program staff.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old. Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly preferred. Experience working with K-8 students is preferred. Strong knowledge of Reading and Math . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with students with different learning styles and abilities. Reliable, organized, and committed to the assigned schedule. Must have reliable transportation . Must have a personal laptop/computer . Bachelor's degree preferred.
