Must be able to teach both subjects. In this role, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional development, and foundational skills. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help shape positive learning experiences for preschool-aged children, fostering their growth and love for learning from the very beginning. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young minds Must provide sessions during the week three days a week and hour a day. Must be able to speak Spanish and English you must hold a degree. Must be able to teach both reading and math Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards and support holistic development Create a lively classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among preschoolers Use learning technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and engage students effectively Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, organized, and nurturing environment conducive to learning Support children's social-emotional growth by promoting positive behavior, communication skills, and cooperation Collaborate with families to share progress, address concerns, and foster strong home-school connections Incorporate special education strategies when needed to support diverse learning needs and abilities Requirements Prior experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings is highly preferred Knowledge of curriculum development tailored for elementary and middle school learners and familiarity with lesson planning techniques Strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging yet disciplined environment Experience with childcare practices and understanding of child development principles Ability to utilize learning technology effectively within educational activities Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members Background in early childhood education or related fields such as preschool education or adult education is advantageous Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods for children with special needs or diverse learning styles Join us in shaping the future by providing young children with the foundational skills they need to succeed!
