• Part-time About the Role We are looking for a patient, positive, and reliable Early Learner Instructor to work with young children (ages 3-6) in reading and math.

In this role, you'll help students build focus, confidence, and strong foundational skills using the Kumon Method (will train). What You'll Do Guide young students through their classwork (reading and/or math) Provide encouragement and simple, clear instructions Help students stay focused and on task Assist with pencil skills, number/letter recognition, and early reading Assess student work and give immediate feedback Communicate student needs or concerns to the Director/Instructor Help maintain a clean, organized, and calm classroom What We're Looking For Enjoys working with young children (ages 3-6) Patient, calm, and encouraging Strong attention to detail Basic reading and math skills Reliable and punctual Able to follow directions and Kumon procedures Preferred (Not Required) Familiarity with the Kumon Method. Experience with children (teaching, tutoring, pre-school, etc.) Interest in education or child development Schedule Part-time, after-school hours & occasional Saturdays Why Join Us?
