Academic Coach | Elementary (K-5)

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Academic Coach Are you committed to helping students reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable Academic Coaches for long term, part-time work (this is not a summer role). This is an excellent role for college students, grad students or anyone with a deep passion for education.

What We're Looking For:

We're hiring Academic Coaches who can support Elementary students in a range of subjects, including:

Core Subjects:

Language Arts, History, Natural Sciences, Math Test Prep (Preferred): ISEE Executive Functioning skills

Availability:

Starting after 3pm weekdays

The Academic Coach Experience:

Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours. All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home. A highly supportive and collaborative team environment Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches W-2 employment status

Summer sessions are Monday-Thursday 10:00 AM-8:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM- 5:00 PM School year hours: 15+ hours per week , including at least 4 hours on Sundays (Our session hours: Mon-Fri, 3:00-9:30pm & Sun, 10:00am-6:00pm)
