Upward Bound Salary :
$12 - $15 per hourDescription :
Student will assist office with daily office operations performs office duties, such as filing, mail-outs, copying. Assist staff with high school students during Upward Bound summer program.Responsibilities and Duties:
- To provide tutorial assistance for 9th -12th graders from Targeted schools
- To assist in other program-related activities such as field trips, workshops, etc.
- To maintain availability for guidance and tutoring at all times, in addition to established tutoring hours
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Able to work evenings and weekend during Fall and Spring sessions
- Ability to work with, and encourage Low-Income and First-Generation participants
Qualifications:
- Must be a current UHD Student All positions at the University of Houston-System are security sensitive and will require a criminal history check.
