Duties Develop and adapt curriculum materials tailored to diverse student needs and learning styles Deliver engaging tutoring sessions in person or via online learning platforms, ensuring clarity and motivation Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive, focused learning environment Utilize innovative learning technology to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting lesson plans accordingly Support students with special education needs or those requiring additional childcare considerations Collaborate with parents, guardians, or adult learners to set goals and track achievement milestones Qualifications Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or classroom management across all age groups Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques Familiarity with learning technology tools and digital educational resources Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with students of varying ages and backgrounds Experience working with children, including preschool or early childhood education settings Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations is a plus Ability to manage classroom dynamics confidently while fostering a supportive environment Passion for education, patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student success

Pay:
