This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster creativity, critical thinking, and technological literacy in children across various age groups. You will work both at our dedicated facility and within partner schools, creating a vibrant learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth. Responsibilities Deliver engaging tutoring sessions in core subjects such as reading, math, and ADHD to students after school hours. Facilitate AI and coding workshops using age-appropriate tools and platforms to introduce children to programming concepts and digital literacy. Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring safety, discipline, and positive behavior management. Develop customized lesson plans that align with students' individual learning needs and developmental stages. Maintain clear communication with parents, teachers, and school staff regarding student progress and program updates. Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols, including basic first aid procedures when necessary, fostering a secure learning space for children. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational settings such as daycare, camp, tutoring, or special education is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills combined with the ability to motivate and inspire young learners. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies. Technical proficiency in teaching or animating AI/Coding concepts using age-appropriate tools; experience with theater or sports coaching is a plus. Certifications in first aid or child safety are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is encouraged. Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards fostering a supportive learning environment.
