Tuition takes place in pupils' homes, schools, and alternative education settings during school hours, supporting learners with additional academic needs, exam preparation, or specialist SEND provision. The Role You'll deliver engaging, personalised lessons based on each learner's individual needs. • Other National Curriculum Subjects Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition tailored to each learner.

Plan and prepare high-quality lessons. Assess learning and provide written feedback. Adapt teaching strategies to different abilities and learning styles. Build positive relationships with pupils, families, schools, and professionals. Support academic progress, confidence, and engagement. Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures. Candidate Requirements Minimum of two years' UK teaching or tutoring experience. Knowledge of Primary, Secondary, GCSE, Functional Skills, or SEND education. Strong lesson planning, assessment, communication, and behaviour management skills. Reliable travel access across Norfolk . Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one. QTS, PGCE, or another recognised teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. Experience supporting learners with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, Dyslexia, SLCN, EHCPs, SEND, Alternative Provision , or gaps in education is highly desirable. Why Join TP Tutors? Competitive weekly pay
