Our program helps students develop workload awareness, prioritize assignments, and form work completion plans. We provide tailored academic support focusing on enrichment, study skills, content support, and pre-teaching of subject matter, with the ultimate goal of fostering independent student success.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide both executive function coaching and academic content support in group and 1:1 settings, helping students develop effective study habits and academic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive function coaching to help students manage their workload and prioritize assignments. Offer tailored academic support focusing on enrichment, study skills, content support, and pre teaching of subject matter. Develop and implement work completion plans with students. Scaffold support to encourage student independence. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff regarding student progress and needs.

Qualifications:

Work toward a Bachelor's degree required, completed degree preferred. Ability to connect with students of varying abilities and backgrounds. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
