In this role, you will deliver engaging, personalized instruction in various subjects, including science, mathematics, Robotics and Coding and test preparations if needed. Your enthusiasm for education and commitment to student success will help foster a positive learning environment that adapts to individual learning styles. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' K-8 academic journeys while utilizing innovative learning technologies and instructional strategies. Responsibilities Provide targeted Instructions or tutoring sessions based on the requirement to support students struggling with specific concepts or skills Utilize learning technology tools effectively to enhance the educational experience and facilitate remote instruction Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and engagement to inform ongoing instruction Foster a supportive classroom environment that promotes confidence, curiosity, and active participation among students from diverse cultural backgrounds Skills Strong background in curriculum development with the ability to design effective lesson plans for various age groups and skill levels Proficiency in using learning technology platforms for online instruction and student engagement Proficiency in atleast 2 of the courses: Coding, Robotics, Science and Math Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and special education needs Effective communication skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues across diverse cultural backgrounds Classroom management skills that create a positive and productive learning environment Join us in empowering learners through inspiring instruction!
