Duties Deliver engaging in-person tutoring sessions tailored to individual learning styles and needs Develop and adapt curriculum materials and lesson plans that align with educational standards and student goals Support students in mastering core subjects such as mathematics, science, English language arts, and test preparation (e.g., SAT) Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting instructional strategies accordingly Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence Work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and instructional adaptability Experience Preferred but not required- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across multiple subjects, including math, science, English language arts, philosophy, or test prep, or other. Required - Strong background in curriculum to be tutored. Tutor should already possess advanced knowledge on the subject. Experience working with children, adolescents, or adult learners in classroom or one-on-one settings Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students.
