Court Monitor/Cashier/Party Host/Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a fun and memorable experience for children during various events and parties. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a passion for working with children. A background in sports coaching or experience in basketball is a plus, as you will be leading activities and games that promote teamwork and enjoyment. Availability Weekday shifts are limited so we're looking for applicants wanting to work weekends Responsibilities Organize and facilitate party activities, ensuring all guests are engaged and having fun. Communicate effectively with children and parents to ensure all needs are met during the event. Manage any conflicts or issues that arise during parties, maintaining a positive atmosphere. Supervise games and activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with team members to set up and break down event spaces efficiently. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from guests promptly. Experience Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred. Skills in sports coaching or familiarity with basketball activities are highly desirable. Strong conflict management abilities to handle various situations calmly and effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage with children of different ages and their parents.
